The Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the Topeka Area Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (TAAR) has organized a Commercial Listing Exchange (CLE) for the orderly correlation and dissemination of listing information among REALTOR® Members of the CID (Members) with respect to property exclusively listed by them.

The CID Steering Committee shall be the governing body of the CLE and shall have control of all the affairs of the CLE and shall authorize all expenditures of funds, subject to the CID Rules and Regulations.
